The people here take great care of my older (2016) CLA 250 for all my maintenances. They always let me know if they notice anything suspicious with pictures but never once made me feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. I love how convenient it is to drop off my car and look at the quote ahead of time and prepay and authorize exactly what I need taken care of. The people are always friendly and ensures to communicate well and thoroughly. I can always call to make an appointment and they take me right away. You are in great hands if you own an European vehicle on the north side with Argos !

Super detailed and attentive team. They fixed my car in a very timely manner and were super communicative the whole time about the issues they found along the way and the costs. My car gave me a low coolant warning twice after the fix and they had me bring it in to verify there wasn't another leak and found it was just a cap. Hard to find mechanics that work on European cars at an affordable price point and communicative with a fast turn around time so highly recommend Argos.

They explain everything in full detail and very honest and transparent! also, a lot less expensive than a dealership but probably do better work with a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on all their work! Had a PPI done here this past weekend and couldn't be more grateful for the service I got. The car ended up having quite a few issues that I definitely wouldn't have caught and ended up making it a deal breaker, but the money on the ppi was well spent and if I were ever to need another one done in Jacksonville, this is where I would take it. The owner was extremely nice and took the time to really explain each issue he found and help decide whether it was worth buying or passing on it. Great experience, highly recommend

For years I had taken my car to the BMW dealership until they couldn't find out what the loud noise was that my car was making. Took it to them twice and they said noise was fixed?unfortunately not fixed even though I paid thousands of dollars. :-( They put me off for over a week and I decided to pray and look for a reputable repair shop online. Found Argos!! They fit me into their schedule the next week, within a day diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, had onsite Turo service so I could rent a comparable car, and within 3 to 4 days total , they had everything fixed and ready to go! They were kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to others!

By FAR the best experience I've had with a mechanic!! Simply put, Argos has their stuff together; they're polite, professional, communicate well, know what they're doing, etc. etc. One of my favorite experiences involved them sending photos of issues found with the car, allowing me to see what they're saying they found. Additionally, they would text me with updates while at work which made communicating with them much easier. One of my best friends recommended me to Argos, so I had a certain level of trust already, but working with Arynton on a serious repair brought that trust to a whole new level. Argos are fantastic people! I purchased a 2005 Mercedes sprinter in Daytona and was driving back home to Maryland. The van developed a boost leak and would not drive over 40mph. I stopped at Argos right when they opened at 9am. They immediately offered to help diagnose the problem, pulled the van in their shop and fixed my boost leak issue. I was able to get back on the road and safely back to Maryland. I was a walk up client in a pickle of a situation and needed help. I must commend and highly recommend Argos European Car Care LLC of Jacksonville Florida. During a recent visit to my hometown, I experienced a major issue with my BMW 528i. Upon a recommendation, of RPM car repair, I towed it to Argos. While I recalculated my mad money allowance, I braced for an expensive repair bill. The problem with the car was major; specifically, the wires and conductor connecting the fuel pump system caught fire. The burned wires were resting on the fuel cover, which was accessible under the rear seat. The original repair was completed with substandard materials and I can only thank God that the car did not ignite. I do not want to imagine what could have happened. Argos discovered the faulty job which was previously performed during a fuel pump recall. Argos could have easily charged thousands; I was prepared for the bill to be huge after learning of the problem. However, he did not charge me anything (not a dime, zero). Further, he would not accept a tip. These are the most honest, decent, trustworthy people I have ever met in the world of auto repair. I also appreciated the professionalism of the front office (this is a husband and wife team), the same-day repair, quick responses, and professional repair. My BMW X6 was having issues with the transmission. Hard shifting, acceleration hesitant and fuel economy had gotten worse. I had a previous mechanic that kept my car for weeks just to find out the job was patched. I took my vehicle to the professionals at Argos and I had my car back a few days later and it's running like new. I immediately had to drive 3 hours the next day to Tampa and absolutely no problems. If you have an import, this is the only place you should be taking your vehicle. I wanted a month before I did a review just to be safe and I'm extremely happy with the service and reasonable costs.. I bought a lemon audi to no fault of my own that was on the brink catastrophic engine failure requiring a new camshaft and i landed on Argos European care care's doorstep. I knew from the moment i walked in i was in good hands, the shop is very clean and organized and they're a nice friendly welcoming bunch! Ayrton didnt hold any info back in his assessment and was very informative of helping me understand my new german car and how its systems work compared to cars im accustomed to. Ayrton and crew worked dilligently to get my car back together and they went above and beyond to make sure she was safe to put my kids in keeping me informed every step of the way. they've earned a customer for life, i wont go anywhere else with it; other shops proposed fixing it without addressing the root of the issue at costs i wasnt happy with for what i was getting and ayrtons approach was most cost effective and thorough after doing my own research. they also have a small financer they use where you can get help paying for your repairs, it took me under 10 minutes to get approved and im even self employed with bad credit. Thanks guys! My a3 is running great and is a joy to drive now.

I had the dreaded slipped crank-hub in my M4 and contacted 4 shops to get estimates. Not only was Argos the ONLY shop to even bother sending an estimate back but provided a very competitively priced estimate based on how much work needed to be done. They were fantastic at keeping me up-to-date while they were in the process of getting it fixed and worked diligently to get the car done as fast as they could. Even with how quickly they got my car done you can't tell they had to take most of the front and top of the engine apart to get the job done. Cant' recommend these guys enough and they are now my go-to shop.

I've never heard of Argos before but they had great reviews on Google so I felt comfortable working with them.They ran a diagnostic in no time and were able to tell exactly what the issue was, repair cost and time using OEM parts. They even dealt directly with my extended warranty provided for payment and all I did was pay was my deductible. This team is experienced, punctual, helpful and very respectful. They really treat you like family. I recommend Argos to anyone who's looking for quality work for a fraction of Stealership price and time.

Traveling from N.C. to Tampa my AC Compressor broke, put a hole in my radiator and broke serpentine belt. Contact my extended vehicle warranty company and after 2 1/2 hours a tow truck still didn't arrive. Argos drove 30 minutes with a tow truck. Let me just start off by saying that a trustworthy mechanic is extremely hard to come by. From their prompt response to my message inquiring about fixing the windshield wiper jets on my BMW M5 these guys were amazing. They diagnosed the issue in a matter of 10 minutes (issue was clogged jet filter) the mechanic showed me the part before and after he cleaned it and guided me step by step through what he was doing. After they fixed the problem they didnt even want to charge me for it. I was left speechless. The staff and everyone there was super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help without screwing me over. Glad I went with these guys because I will be bringing my BMW to them for all my repairs and maintenance in the future. I highly recommend Argos European Car Care.

So where do I start... alright first off I have a C63 AMG and have had a issue with the car vibrating under acceleration... I live about a good hour and half south of the shop and decided I'd try out a few of the shops down by my hometown... huge mistake... took the car to three different shops and replaced numerous parts from driveshafts to both rear axles and even changed out the differential and put in a lsd since two shops kept saying it was the diff... after the new wavetrac was installed and it still didn't fix the vibration and I was close to 3500$ in the hole between parts and labor on stuff that doesn't fix it. I decided to bring the car all the way up to Argos... my friend was telling me to do that since the beginning and I just kept pushing it off which was a huge mistake also...So I dropped the car off at night after close and by the next morning on my way to work Argos had already found the issue and gave me a call and quote on how much to fix it! Honestly was a huge relief since he knew what the issue was almost immediately after driving it and three other reputable shops down south couldn't figure out. Ended up being the torque converter causing all the vibration... order the parts and a few other parts which got delivered on a Monday and by Wednesday Argos calling me saying cars all done and fixed no more vibrations no issues all 100% good!! Was beyond excited to have my weekend warrior back and running 100% after a solid four months of a endless circle or throwing parts at the car... Truthfully grateful I made the drive up and will be doing the same drive if I ever have any issues from now on! He's for sure won my business and I don't know how to express how happy I am with how the car was handled with professionalism from the time I dropped the keys off till the time I picked them back up! Definitely recommend his work even if one has to drive a undesirable distance to get the job done and fixed correctly the first time! 10 out of 10 from me!

I'm an old guy who's had fast cars his whole life. I used to do all my own stuff until I had no more time. I found a shop that will always get my work. I have been through 3 sets of turbo kits and 2 installations on my bmw. This last install was completely custom with fab work and some complex arrangements for fitment. For the first time I have what was a finicky car running flawlessly with no lights, no leaks, no issues, no nothing right after installation. Ayrton is the real thing. He's honest and super conscientious. He knows what's right and that's all you can expect from him.
