The people here take great care of my older (2016) CLA 250 for all my maintenances. They always let me know if they notice anything suspicious with pictures but never once made me feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. I love how convenient it is to drop off my car and look at the quote ahead of time and prepay and authorize exactly what I need taken care of. The people are always friendly and ensures to communicate well and thoroughly. I can always call to make an appointment and they take me right away.
